LENTIL SOUP :
50 GRAM LENTIL
30 GRAM CARROT -CHOPPED
50 GRAM ONION - CHOPPED
5 GRAM GINGER - GRATED
25 GRAM CORIANDER - CHOPPED
5 GRAM PEPPER POWDER
2 GRAM GARLIC - SMASHED
3 GRAM CINNAMON-LAVANG POWDER
3 TEA CUP WATER ( ABOUT 300 GRAM)
SALT AS PER TEST
1/2 T.SP. LEMON JUICE

DRAIN THE SOAK LENTIL, CHOPPED ONION AND CHOPPED CARROT.
MIX THEM IN THE BOWL.AND COOK IN COOKER.
THEN CRUSH WITH BLENDER.
ADD THREE CUPS OF WATER. MIX WELL.
POUR IN TO DEEP PAN.
THEN ADD GRATED GINGER, SMASHED GARLIC, CHOPPED ONION.
BOIL FOR 4-5 MINUTES.
THEN ADD PEPPER POWDER, CINNAMON-LAVANG POWDER AND SALT AS PER TEST.
AGAIN BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES.
SERVE HOT IN SOUP BOWL.
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
ADD SOME DROPS OF LEMON JUICE IF YOU LIKE.
