HEALTHY AND QUICK RECIPE - HIGH FIBRE CHUTNEY

1/4  CUP MINT LEAVES

3-4 NOS. DATES

1 CUP BOILED-GREEN PEAS

1.1/2 CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER

3-4 LARGE CLOVE GARLIC

2 INCHES PIECE GINGER

 3 - 4 GREEN CHILIES

1.1/2 Tb SPUN LEMON JUICE

SALT TO TEST

3-4 Tb SPUN WATER APPROX.

GRIND ALL THE  INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BLENDER OR GRINDER.
GRIND TO A FINE PASTE, USING WATER TO GET SMOOTH CHUTNEY.
REFRIGERATE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER AND USE AS REQUIRED.
