HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : QUICK NUTRITIOUS CHILLA



2 TBSP.WHITE MILLET FLOUR

2 TBSP. WHEAT FLOUR

2 TBSP. MAKAI ATTA (MAIZE FLOUR)

1/2 CUP TOMATO, CHOPPED

1/4 CUP ONIONS, CHOPPED

2 GREEN CHILLY - CHOPPED

2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER

SALT AS PER TEST

1 TSP. OIL FOR COOKING

COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL
ADD WATER TO MAKE A SOFT LOOSE DOUGH.
DIVIDE IN TO 4 EQUAL PORTION.
HEAT A NON STICK PAN.
GREASE IT LIGHTLY WITH OIL.
SPREAD A LAYER OF THE BATTER TO FORM A PANCAKE OF 4 MM. THICKNESS.
COOK ON BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN, WITH A LITTLE OIL.
TRANSFER IN PLATE.
REPEAT WITH REST OF BATTER TO MAKE OTHER 3 MORE CHILLAS.
SERVE HOT WITH SPICY CURD AND CHUTNEY.
