HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE: VEG.KATORI.

HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : VEG.KATORI.



FOR CUPS:

2.1/2 tbsp. BUTTER

6 SLICES WHEAT BREAD

FOR THE FILLING

1 TBSP. CORNFLOUR

1 CUP MILK 

1.1/2 CUP CORN - COOKED

2 tbsp. CAPSICUM CHOPPED

2 tbsp. ONIONS -CHOPPED

2 tbsp. GREEN CHILIES - CHOPPED 

1 tsp. BUTTER,  SALT, BLACK PEPPER AS TEST.

FOR BAKING:

5 tsp. CHEESE - GRATED

FOR THE TOAST BREAD CUP (KATORI) :

TAKE BREAD SLICES AND REMOVE THE CRUST.
WRAPPING THE SLICES WITH MUSLIN CLOTH.
STEAM 5-7 MINUTES IN DHOKLA COOKER - STEAMER.
THEN REMOVE THE MUSLIN CLOTH.
LITTLE ROLLS WITH ROLLER.
GREASED THE MUFFINS TRAY WITH BUTTER.
PRESS IN TO THE CAVITIES OF A MUFFINS TRY.
BRUSH WITH MELTED BUTTER ON IT. 
BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 200* C. FOR 10 MINUTES AND MAKES CRISPY KATORI(CUP).
FILLING:
TAKE A THICK BOTTOM PAN, HEAT THE BUTTER , ADD THE ONIONS.
FRY TILL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
ADD THE GREEN CHILIES AND CAPSICUM AND FRY FOR 1 MINUTE.
ADD THE MILK, CORNFLOUR, CORN, BLACK PEPPER AND SALT.
COOK UNTIL THE MIXTURE BECOMES THICK.
PROCEED:
FILL MIXTURE IN EACH KATORI.
SPRINKLE CHEESE ON TOPS.
BAKE IN HOT OVEN AT 200*C FOR 5-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTING.
