Healthy Recipe: LEMON & GINGER TEA.
This Hot Beverage is
always useful for Energy and Health.
1nos. Lemon Juice.
1inch. Ginger Grated.
7-9tsp. Sugar.
5. Tsp. Tea powder.(mild
and with best Flowered. like TATA GOLD).
Pinch-cinnamon
powder.
Pinch- Jayfal powder.
5-7 Glasses Water.
2-3 leaves Mint.
Boil the water.
Greats the ginger in
boiling water.
Add sugar and
cinnamon powder and boil for 2 second.
Then remove from
heat.
After 2-3 minutes,
sieves it in glasses.
Add lemon juice in
glasses, mix well with spoon.
Garnish with mint
leaves.
