DUDH PAUHE: Special For SHARAD PURNIMA

DUDH PAUHE:  Sp.  For SHARAD PURNIMA.

Healthy and Sweet Recipe: This recipe is very famous for SHARAD PURNIMA. It is very useful for health also.

1 and 1/2 litter Milk.

2 tb Milk Powder.

2 tb. Corn Flour.

½ tb Cardamom Powder.

5 to 6 tb Sugar.

80 Grams. Pauhe.

1 tb. Pistachios roughly chopped.

8-10 nos. almonds roughly chopped.

Wash than Soak Pauhe for 15 minutes.
Boil milk in a thick bottomed vessel.
Dilute corn floor and milk powder in 5 to 6 tb water.
Pour in boiling milk, then boil on lower flame and simmer till thick. Add sugar.
Mix well.
Then add soak Pauhe, Cardamom Powder, Pistachios and almonds roughly chopped.
Remove from heat.
Cool on a bed of ice or you can serve when it comes at room temperature cool DUDH PAUHE.
Put this DUDH PAUHE in Moon Light for 1- 2 hours for batter result.

Garnish with some pistachios slivers.
