HEALTHY QUICK RECIPE : LOW CAL. CARROT KHEER


LOW CAL. CARROT KHEER (WITHOUT GHEE)

100 GRAMS CARROT-GRATED

250 M.L. LOW FAT MILK

20 GRAMS SUGAR FREE

3-4 ALMONDS-CUT IN TO SLIVERS

2 GRAMS CARDAMOM POWDER

SAUTE CARROT IN THICK-BOTTOMED PAN UNTIL CARROTS CHANGE ITS COLOR.
ADD LOW FAT MILK, SUGAR FREE ND CARDAMOM POWDER.
COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5-6 MINUTES.
STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY, TILL THE SUGAR MELT AND THE CARROTS ARE COOKED.
ADD ALMOND SLIVERS AND COOK 5 SECOND.
SERVE HOT OR ROOM TEMPERATURE.
