HEALTHY SWEET :  SHORT CRUST PASTRY
                                                                                          COOKING TIME : 25 MINUTES
                                                                                           TEMPERATURE  : 180*C.

                         HEATER SELECT :        BOTH
                         SHELF PLACEMENT : CENTER              
180 GRAMS.REFINED FLOUR


90 GRAMS BUTTER - OR - MARGARINE

1/8 TSP. SALT [IF USING MARGARINE

SIEVE THE FLOUR AND SALT.
CUT THE MARGARINE INTO THE FLOUR WITH A KNIFE AND THEN RUB WITH FINGER TIPS UNTIL THE MIXTURE RESEMBLES LIKE BREAD CRUMBS.

ADD COLD WATER T O THE FLOUR-FAT MIXTURE LITTLE AT A TIME MIXING WITH A FORK OR KNIFE,ADDING JUST ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE THE PASTRY BIND TOGETHER.
FINISH THE MIXING WITH FINGERTIPS AND PRESS THE DOUGH LIGHTLY INTO A BOLL.

WRAP THE DOUGH IN A WET CLOTH. CHILL IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 HOUR.

THEN ROLL OUT ON A DUSTED BOARD TO 1/4TH CM. THICKNESS.

CUT USING A PASTRY CUTTER AND ARRANGE IN TART TINS.
 PLACE THE TART TINS IN THE DRIP TRAY.

PRICK WITH A FORK AND BAKE.
COOL BEFORE ADDING FILLING.

1. JAM      2. CUSTARD     3. ICE CREAM      4. FRESH CREAM      5. FRESH OR TINNED FRUITS LIKE PINEAPPLES, MANGO, PEACH AND CHERRIES.
