75 GRAMS REFINED FLOUR
1 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TBSP. DRINKING CHOCOLATE
1 TBSP. COCO POWDER
1/2 TSP.SODA BI CARB
100 ML. WATER
1/8 TSP.VANILLA ESSENCE
3/4 TIN CONDENSED MILK
75 GRAMS. BUTTER

30 MINUTES : COOKING TIME
180* C. : TEMPERATURE
CENTER : SHELF PLACEMENT
BOTH : HEATER SELECT

SIEVE TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, COCO POWDER, DRINKING CHOCOLATE AND SODA BI CARB. THRICE AND KEEP ASIDE.
GREASE AND DUST 18 cms. SQUARE TIN ( MOULD ) AND KEEP ASIDE.
MIX WATER AND VANILLA ESSENCE AND KEEP ASIDE.
MIX CONDENSED MILK AND BUTTER, BEATING CONTINUOUSLY IN ONE DIRECTION.
ADD 1 TBSP. OF THE SIEVED FLOUR MIXTURE IN TO THE BEATEN MIXTURE.
AT THE SAME TIME ADD THE WATER MIXTURE INTO THE BEATEN MIXTURE.
CONTINUE DOING THE SAME UNTIL THE SIEVED MIXTURE IS OVER.
FOLD THE CAKE BATTER INTO THE GREASED AND DUSTED TIN.
PLACE THE TIN INTO THE DRIP TRAY (BLACK TRAY).
BACK AT 180*C. BACK FOR THE SPECIFIED TIME PERIOD AS MENTIONED OR TILL DONE.
COOL ON WIRE RACK AND SERVE.
