HEALTHY QUICK RECIPE :  CHEESY TACOS 


1 CUP SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE

1 DOZEN TACO SHELLS

1 CUP SOFT MASHED PANEER  (COTTAGE CHEESE)

MIX 1/2 TSP. SALT, 1 GREEN CHILL CHOPPED, 1 TSP. CHOPPED PARSLEY, 1/4 TSP PEEPER POWDER AND 1 CHOPPED ONION TOGETHER.

1 CUP BAKED BEANS IN TOMATO SAUCE

2 DICED TOMATOES WITHOUT THE PULP

1 LARGE GREEN CAPSICUM DICED 

SHREDDED CABBAGE

FEW LETTUCE LEAVES

1/4 CUP SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE FOR THE TOPPING

SERVE :

PUT THE PANEER MIXTURE IN THE TACOS, ADD THE BAKED BEANS, SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE, TOMATOES, CAPSICUM AND LETTUCE. 
TOP WITH SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE AND CHILL I SAUCE.
