HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : CHEESY POTATO COINS
FOR TOMATO PASTE :
300 GRAMS TOMATOES -BOILED THEN SKINNED AND CHOPPED.
1 TSP. GARLIC PASTE
1/2 TSP.SALT
1 TSP SUGAR
1/4 TSP. RED CHILLI POWDER
PINCH OREGANO.

FOR POTATOES :
3 LARGE POTATOES -BOILED AND SKINNED THEN ROUND SLICES
PINCH SALT
1 TSP, GARLIC PASTE
PINCH RED CHILLI PASTE
FOR TOPPINGS :
1 ONION FINELY CHOPPED
1/2 CUP FRESH AMERICAN CORN - BOILED
1 SMALL GREEN CAPSICUM DICED
1/2 TSP. OREGANO POWDER
1.1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
1 TSP. TOMATO SAUCE

FOR POTATO SLICES :
SLICE EACH POTATO INTO THIN ROUND SLICES.
APPLY LITTLE SALT, GARLIC PASTE, RED CHILLI POWDER.
SHALLOW FRY.

FOR TOMATO PASTE :
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS FOR TOMATO PASTE.
COOK AND MAKE A THICK PASTE, THEN ADD OREGANO.

HOW TO MAKE :
PLACE THE FRIED POTATOES AND LAYER WITH TOMATO PASTE.
SPRINKLE SOME SHREDDED CHEESE.
PLACE CORN, ONION AND DICED CAPSICUM ON THE POTATO SLICES.
SPRINKLE OREGANO POWDER AND REMAINING SHREDDED CHEESE ON ALL THE POTATO SLICES.
DOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE ON EACH.
BAKE OR GRILL TILL CHEESE MELTS.
