HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : GAZPACHO 


250 G. RIPE TOMATO

50 G. CUCUMBER

50 G. GREEN PEPPER

50 G. RED PEPPER

SALT IN TEST
15 ML. OLIVE OIL

2 G. GARLIC

2 G. PEPPER POWDER

FOR GARNISH : 

60 G. LETTUCE

20 G. GREEN PEPPER

30 G. CUCUMBER

BLEND ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH.
ADJUST SEASONING.
POUR IN TO A BOWL.

TO ASSEMBLE :

CUT THE PEPPERS AND CUCUMBER INTO THIN STRIPS AND PLACE IN THE CENTER OF THE BOWL, ALONG WITH SOME BUNCHED OF LETTUCE.
SERVE COLD.

YOU CAN SERVE WITH CROUTONS AND PANEER ALSO.
