HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : PANEER KOFTA (NO MORE INGREDIENTS )

 3.1/2 CUP MAIDA

1.1/2 CUP PANEER - CRUMBLE

1 .1/2 TSP. GREEN CHILLI FINELY CHOPPED

2 TBSP. CORIANDER - CHOPPED

SALT AS PER SALT

PINCH SODA BI CARB

OIL FOR FRYING KOFTAS

TAKE A BOWL AND COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN IT.
MIX WELL.
DIVIDE THE MIXTURE IN TO 5 EQUAL PORTIONS.
SHAPE EACH PORTION IN TO A ROUND BALL.
HEAT OIL IN A FRYING PAN.
DEEP FRY KOFTAS IN A OIL ON A MEDIUM FLAME.
FRY KOFTAS GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOR FROM ALL SIDES.
REMOVE FROM OIL.
PUT ON ABSORBENT PAPER TO DRAIN THE OIL.
BASIC PANEER KOFTA IS READY.
YOU CAN SERVE IT WITH SPINACH GRAVY AND ALSO OTHER SPICY TASTED GRAVY.
IT IS VERY EASY AND YUMMY WAY, TO EATING KOFTAS AND VARIETY OF GRAVY TOGETHER.
