HEALTHY SWEET RECIPE :  SAFFRON KULFI 





5 CUPS MILK

1 TIN MILKMAID

2 LEVEL TBSP.  CORN FLOUR

2 TBSP. CHOPPED ALMONDS OR PISTACHIOS

1/2 TSP. GROUND CARDAMOM

10- 12 NOS. SAFFRON - TO FLAVOR

MIX TOGETHER MILK AND MILK MAID .
BRING TO BOIL TO STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
MAKE A PASTE OF CORNFLOUR WITH 2 TBSP WATER AND ADD TO THE BOILING MIXTURE; CONTINUE BOILING FOR 2-3 MINUTES, TILL THICK.
REMOVE FROM FIRE AND ADD FLAVORING, CARDAMOM POWDER AND CHOPPED NUTS, COOL.
FILL IN THE KULFI MOULDS AND LEAVE TI SET IN A FREEZER FOR 6 - 8 HRS. OR OVER NIGHT.
THEN REMOVE FROM THE MOULDS AND SPRINKLE MORE CHOPPED ALMONDS AND
SERVE.
