HEALTHY SWEET RECIPE : MANGO KULFI 











300 ML. FULL FAT MILK

2 TBSP. MILK POWDER

150 GRAMS MANGO PULP (HAFUS MANGO - SWEET MANGO )

2 TBSP. COLD MIlk

1.1/2 TBSP CORNFLOUR

3 TBSP. SUGAR

3 TBSP. MILK CREAM

MIX THE CORNFLOUR WITH A COLD MILK. KEEP ASIDE.
HEAT THE 300 ML. FULL FAT MILK ON SLOW FLAME.
BRING TO BOIL.
ADD SUGAR AND CONTINUE TO BOIL.STIR WELL.
THAN ADD THE CORNFLOUR +MILK MIXTURE IN IT. MIX WELL AND STIR CONTINUOUSLY ON SLOW FLAME TO PREVENT LUMPS FROM FORMING.
BOIL TO THICK CONSISTENCY.
THEN BRING TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
TAKE MANGO PULP AND ADD MILK POWDER IN IT. MIX WELL.
ADD MANGO PULP MIXTURE IN COLD ( ROOM TEMPERATURE COLD )  MILK MIXTURE.
BLEND WELL FOR SMOOTH TEXTURE.
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A OTHER CONTAINER. COVER WITH THE LID AND PLACE IN A FREEZER TO SET FOE 2 HOURS.
REMOVE FROM THE FREEZER AFTER 2 HOURS.
BLEND THE MIXTURE TO MAKE SMOOTH.
THEN POUR IN KULFI MOULD.
COVER WITH THE LID AND PLACE BACK IN THE DEEP FREEZER TO SET FOR 7-8 HOURS.
SERVE IMMEDIATELY DELICIOUS, MOUTH WATERING MANGO KULFI.
