HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : BAKED - STUFF CHILLY




6 NOS. SIMALA CHILLY -  DE SEEDS

2 NOS. TOMATO - CHOPPED

2 NOS. ONION  - CHOPPED

1 TBSP. CORIANDER LEAVES - CHOPPED

1/2 CUP SPAGHETTI ( PASTA MADE IN LONG STRINGS)
                                        BOILED

1 CUP WHITE SAUCE

1/2 CUP RICE

1/2 CUP POTATO BOILED AND  THEN SMASHED

6 TBS.P TOMATO SAUCE

3 TBSP. CHEESE -GRATED

1 TSP. BUTTER

SALT AS PER TEST

PEPPER AS PER TEST

1 TBS. OIL

CHILLY: CUTS IN MIDDLE PART, SO THAT YOU CAN STUFFED IT.

TAKE THE BIG MIXING BOWL.
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS LIKE: FINE CHOPPED TOMATOES, FINE CHOPPED ONIONS, CORIANDER, SPAGHETTI, RICE, SMASHED POTATO,SALT AND PEPPER -IN THE BOWL,
TO MAKE A SMOOTH STUFFING.
STUFF THE CHILYES WITH STUFFING.
GREASED THE BAKING TRAY WITH OIL.
PUT ON IT ALL STUFFED CHILLYES. POUR THE  WHITE SAUCE AND TOMATO CATCH UP OVER.
THEN SPREAD THE GRATED CHEESE OVER.
THEN PUTS ALL OVER PIECES OF BUTTER.
BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180* 10- 20 MINUTES.
SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR SAUCE.
