HEALTHY SWEET RECIPE : CARAMEL FROSTING
1/2 CUP VERY HOT EVAPORATED MILK
1.1/2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
1/4 CUPS SOFT BUTTER
1/2 TSP. SALT 3.1/2 TO 4 CUPS CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR, SIFTED.
PUT HOT EVAPORATED MILK, BROWN SUGAR, BUTTER, SALT,EXCEPT CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR IN TO MIXER JAR.
COVER AND PROCESS AT LIQUEFY UNTIL SMOOTH.
POUR IN TO MIXING BOWL.
ADD 3 CUPS OF THE CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR.
MIX WELL WITH ROTARY BEATER OR WOODEN SPOON.
ADD MORE SUGAR GRADUALLY UNTIL FROSTING IS OF SPREADING CONSISTENCY.
