HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : BORSCHT  SOUP


2 CUPS SOUR CREAM

1/2 CUP SMALL LEMON, PEELED AND SEEDED

1/4 TSP. SALT

1/4 TSP. CELERY SALT

1/4 TSP. ONION SALT

1 CUP DICED COOKED BEETS

PUT 1.3/4 CUP SOUR CREAM INTO MIXER CONTAINER.
ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
COVER AND PROCESS AT PUREE UNTIL SMOOTH. SERVE ICY COLD .
GARNISHED WITH REMAINING SOUR CREAM.
