2 LITER MILK
1/8 FATKADI - POWDER (ALUM POWDER)
12 NOS.CASHEW NUTS - CHOPPED
12 NOS. ALMONDS BLANCH AND CHOPPED
12 NOS. PISTACHIOS - CHOPPED
1/2 TSP. CARDAMOM POWDER
170 G. SUGAR
2.1/2 TBSP. LIQUID GLUCOSE
1/2 TSP. NUT MAG POWDER
2 TBSP. DESHI GHEE
4 TBSP. WATER
2 SHEETS SILVER VARQ
PLACE THE MILK IN A THICK BOTTOMED BIG PAN.
ADD FATAKDI POWDER AND SUGAR AND MIX WELL.
STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY, TILL THE MIXTURE BEGINS TO THICKEN.
NOW ADD LIQUID GLUCOSE AND MIX WELL.
THEN ADD DESHI GHEE AND CONTINUE TO COOK.
STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY TILL THE MIXTURE THICKENS AND BEINGS TO LEAVES THE GHEE.
ADD WATER AND COOK IT TILL LIGHT BROWN.
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND NUT MEG POWDER.
MIX WELL.
TRANSFER TO A GREASED TRAY.
SPREAD THE CHOPPED CASHEW, ALMOND AND PISTACHIOS ON DRY FRUIT - MILK DELIGHT EVENLY IN THE TRAY.
GENTLY COVER WITH SILVER VARQ.
SLIGHTLY PRESS ON IT.
CUT INTO SQUARES OR DIAMONDS AND SERVE.
