HEALTHY SPICE RECIPE : GARLIC GREENS CHUTNEY




150 G. GARLIC GREENS - CHOPPED

1.1/2 TBSP. SALT

3 TBSP. RED CHILLY POWDER

1 TBSP OIL

1/2 TBSP.VINEGAR

1/2 LEMON JUICE

GRIND THE GARLIC GREENS IN GRINDER.
ADD SALT IN IT.
AGAIN  MORE GRIND ONE OR TWO ROUND.FOR BATTER MIXING,
ADD RED CHILLY POWDER IN IT.
GRIND IN A GRINDER TILL IT IS SMOOTH PEST.
ADD OIL AND LEMON JUICE.THEN MIX WELL IN MIXER JAR.GRIND FOR 3-4 ROUND.
CHUTNEY REMOVE FROM THE MIXER JAR.
STORE REFRIGERATED IN AN AIR - TIGHT CONTAINER AND USE AS REQUIRED.
YOU CAN SERVE CHUTNEY WITH BREAD, PARATHA, THEPALA, KHAKHARA AND SNAKES.
