HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : FARALI PINK CURD (MAKE A FARALI BHEL WITH PINK CURD)



1 BOWL HUNG CURD

3 TBSP. POMEGRANATE JUICE-(DADA

PINCH RED CHILLY POWDER

SALT AS PER TEST

1/2 TSP. ROASTED CUMIN POWDER

1/2 BOWL FRIED GROUND NUTS

PINCH PEPPER POWDER

1.1/2 BOWL SUKHIBHAJI

100 GRAMS. FARALI CHIVDA

2 TBSP. CHOPPED CORIANDER

1 TBSP. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY

2 TBSP RAISINS (KISHMISH)

2 TBSP.CHOPPED CASHEW NUTS

TAKE HUNG CURD, POMEGRANATE JUICE, CHILLY POWDER, SALT, JEERA (CUMIN)  POWDER AND FRIED GROUND NUTS - IN BOWL.
COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL.
AND SERVE WITH POTATO, SURAN AND SWEET POTATOES SUKHIBHAJI.
MIX WELL SUKHIBHAI AND FARALI PINK CURD. PUT OVER FARALI CHIVDA AND WAFER.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER AND CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY, RAISINS AND CASHEW NUTS.
WELL READ TO SERVE FARALI PINK CURD MIX FARALI BHEL.
VERY HEALTHY AND FARALI........!!!
