1 POTATO BOILED AND SMASH
1 CUP RAJAGRA ATTA
1/2 TBSP.GHEE
1/2 TSP.CHILLY PASTE
2 TBSP.GROUND NUT'S POWDER
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
PINCH PEPPER POWDER
PINCH SUGAR
PINCH CUMIN SEEDS
SALT AS PER TEST

IN A BOWL,COMBINE THE RAJAGRA ATTA, GHEE, POTATO, CHILLY PASTE,GROUND NUT'S POWDER AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
MIX WELL.
THEN ADD PEPPER POWDER, SUGAR, CUMIN SEEDS, AND SALT.
MIX WELL AND KNEAD INTO A DOUGH WITHOUT USING WATER.
REST FOR 15 MINUTES.
THEN DIVIDE DOUGH IN TO 18 EQUAL PORTION.
MAKE SMALL THICK PUREES PRESSING WITH FINGER AND THUMB.
FRY IN OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
SERVE HOT WITH GREEN FARALI CHUTNEY AND FARALI MASALA CURD.
