HEALTHY SWEET RECIPE : FROZEN LIME CREME 



2 NO. LEMON JUICE (JUICE OF TWO LIMES)

1.1/2 CUPS ORANGE JUICE

1 POUND MARSHMALLOWS

FEW DROPS GREEN FOOD COLORING

3 CUPS HEAVY CREAM

PUT JUICES AND HALF THE MARSHMALLOWS IN TO MIXER.CONTAINER.
COVER AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH.
ADD HALF OF THE REMAINING MARSHMALLOWS, COVER AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH AND WELL BLEND.
ADD FOOD COLORING. MIX WELL.
POUR IN TO A BOWL AND CHILL UNTIL ALMOST FIRM.
WHIP CREME AND FOLD IN TO CHILLED MIXTURE.
TURN INTO A 6 - CUP MOLD AND FREEZE 3-4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
REMOVE FROM FREEZER AND LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE UNTIL CREME WILL SLIP FROM MOLD EASILY,-15 TO 20 MINUTES.
GARNISH WITH THIN SLICES OF LIME.
