2 CUPS LAUKI - DUDHI JUICE
1 TBSP.GROUND NUT'S POWDER
1/4 TSP. PEPPER POWDER
1/2 POTATO BOILED AND SMASH
1 GREEN CHILLY - CHOPPED OR PASTE
1 TOMATO - CHOPPED
1/2 TBSP. AARA ATTA OR SHINGODA ATTA
1/2 CUP WATER
SALT AS PER TEST

FOR TADKA :
1/2 TBSP GHEE
7-8 CURRY LEAVES
3-4 CLOVES - (LAVING)
3-4 PIECE CINNAMON
1 TSP. CUMIN SEEDS
7-8 PEPPER
*
HEAT THE GHEE IN THE PAN AND ADD CUMIN SEEDS, CLOVES CINNAMON, PEPPER AND CURRY LEAVES.
WHEN THEY CRACKLE ADD THE LAUKI JUICE.
ADD GROUND NUT'S POWDER, SMASH POTATO AND CHOPPED TOMATO.
MIX WELL.
THEN ADD CHILLY PASTE, PEPPER, AARA ATTA (SHINGODA ATTA-MIX WELL IN WATER)
AND SALT.
STIR AND MIX WELL.BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES.
SERVE HOT WITH FARALI SUKIBHAJI AND RAJAGARA PUREE.
