HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : QUICK BARBECUE SAUCE
1.1/2 CUP WATER
11/2 TBSP.FLOUR
1/2 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR
1/2 TSP. PREPARED MUSTARD
1/2 T.SP VINEGAR
3/4 CUP TOMATO CATCH-UP OR CHILI SAUCE
MIX WELL ALL THE INGREDIENTS. PUT THESE ALL THE INGREDIENTS MIXTURE IN TO MIXER CONTAINER.
COVER AND PROCESS UNTIL THOROUGHLY BLENDED.
POUR OVER COOKED, THINLY SLICED OR CUBES OF VEG.
SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES.
SERVE HOT ON TOASTED BUNS OR PASTA, BURGER.SALAD, PAKODA, SANDWICH ETC.
