HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : STRAWBERRY - SPINACH SALAD
FOR SALAD:
2.1/4 CUP STRAWBERRY -SLICED
3 CUP SPINACH -CHOPPED
3 TBSP. ALMOND - SLICED
FOR DRESSING :
2 TBSP. SEASME SEEDS
1 TSP. POPPY SEEDS (KHASKHAS)
4 TBSP. SUGAR
2.1/2 TBSP. OLIVE OIL
3 TSP. VINEGAR
1/2 TSP. WHITE PEPPER POWDER
1/2 TSP. RED CHILLY FLAKES
1/2 TSP. VEGETARIAN SOUSE
1 TBSP. ONION - CHOPPED

COMBINE ALL THE DRESSING'S INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL.
MIX WELL.
THEN REFRIGERATE FOR ONE HOUR TO SET.
ARRANGE THE STRAWBERRY SLICES,ALMOND SLICES AND CHOPPED SPINACH IN A SEVERING BOWL.
POUR THE DRESSING ON IT AND MIX WELL, BEFORE SERVE.
