250 ML. MOTHER DAIRY CHACH
1 NO. TOMATO -CHOPPED
2 NO. CHILLI - CHOPPED
3 TBSP. GROUND NUTS' POWDER
1 TBSP. DESHI GHEE
3 NO. CLOVES
2 SMALL PEACE CINNAMON
1 NO. BADIAN FUL - STAR ANISE
8-10 CURRY LEAVES
1 TSP. CUMIN SEEDS
SALT AS PER TEST
PINCH SUGAR
RED CHILLI POWDER
1/4 TSP. LEMON JUICE
1 TSP. DHANIYA POWDER

TAKE THE MOTHER DAIRY CHACH IN BIG BOWL.
ADD THE GROUNDNUT POWDER, SALT, SUGAR, TOMATO, LEMON JUICE, DHANIYA POWDER AND GARAM MASALA.
BLEND IT TOGETHER WITH BLENDER.
HEAT THE DESHI GHEE IN A PAN.
ADD THE CLOVES,CINNAMON AND STAR ANISE
WHEN IT CRACKLES ADD THE CUMIN SEEDS IN IT.
THEN THEY CRACKLES ADD CHOPPED CHILLI, CURRY LEAVES AND RED CHILLI S POWDER.
ADD THE MOTHER DAIRY CHACH MIXTURE IN PAN.
MIX WELL AND BRING TO A BOIL.
HEAT TILL GROUND NUT POWDER AND OTHER INGREDIENT GET TO COOKED.
BOILS 3-4 MINUTES.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
SERVE HOT WITH FARALI KHICHADI, FARALI POTATO VEG.
