HEALTHY RECIPE : ROASTED CARROTS

HEALTHY RECIPE  :  ROASTED CARROTS

OVEN BAKED : PREP TIME : 10 MINUTES,  COOKING TIME : 40 MINUTES, SERVES : 4




500 GRAMS

150 GRAMS SOFT CHEESE (YOU CAN USE HUNG CURD)

1 NO. CHILLY FLAKES

4 GARLIC FLAKES - SLICED

SALT AND PEPPER - TO TEST

2 TBSP OLIVE OIL

1 NOS. ORANGE -JUICE

20 GRAMS CORIANDER - CHOPPED

HEAT THE OVEN TO 200* C.
STEAM THE CARROTS FOR 10 MINUTES AND THEN HALVE THEM LENGTHWISE.
TOSS THE CARROTS, CUMIN SEEDS,CHILLY FLAKES,GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER WITH A SLUG OF OIL.
HALF THE ORANGE JUICE IN A ROASTING TIN.
ROAST FOR 30 MINUTES  OR UNTIL IT GOLDEN.
DOT WITH SOFT CHEESE. THEN SPRINKLE WITH THE REST OF THE ORANGE JUICE AND THE CORIANDER LEAVES.
SERVE WITH SALAD.
