HEALTHY RECIPE :  BAKED FALAFEL

3 ONIONS, CHOPPED -ROUGHLY

4 FLAKES GARLIC -FINE CHOPPED

2 CUPS COOKED CHICKPEAS

SOME SPRING OF PARSLEY OR CORIANDER LEAVES-CHOPPED FINE

HERB SALT, TO TEST

1 TSP CUMIN POWDER

1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER

PINCH OF CURRY POWDER

BLEND THE CHICKPEAS, ONIONS AND GARLIC TOGETHER.
MAKE FINE PEST.
ADD PARSLEY, HERB SALT AND SPICES.
MIX WELL.
CHECK SEASONING.
DIVIDE THE MIXTURE AND SHAPE IN TO BURGERS OR CROQUETTES.
PRESSING THE MIXTURE FIRMLY TOGETHER.
ARRANGE ON A GREASED BAKING TRY.
BAKED AT 170*C FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES UNTIL THEY TURN GOLDEN AND A LITTLE SCRIP ON THE OUTSIDE.
SERVE HOT WITH A CREAMY AVOCADO DIP.
