HEAT  GHEE IN A THICK BOTTOMED PAN.
ADD RAJAGRA ATTA AND SAUTE TILL COOK OVER SLOW FLAME.
ADD COCONUT POWDER AND POTATO POWDER.
THEN HEAT A MILK AND ADD MILK POWDER IN IT MIX WELL.
ADD MILK INTO RAJAGRA MIXTURE.
ADD CASHEW'S COARSELY GRINDED POWDER IN IT.
MIX WELL.
ADD SUGAR AND STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY TILL SUGAR MELTS.
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER.
MIX WELL.
SERVE HOT OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FARALI RAJAGRA SHIRO.

TAKE GREEN GRAM AND STICK OVER SATHIYA.
STICK FIRST COIN THEN STICK A SOPARI OVER IT. PRESS SLIGHTLY.
STICK A BINDI ON IT.
NOW YOU CAN SEE A GOD GANESHA UP SIDE.
ON EMPTY FOUR PLACE PUT 1-1 DROP GLUE AND PUT SOME RICE TO STICK ON IT. PRESS IT SLIGHTLY.
LET TO REST FOE 1/2 HOUR.

AS PER TEST

2 TBSP. CURD

1 TSP. GINGER PASTE

10-12 AAJWAIN LEAVES WASHED.

2 NO. BANANAS -THICK ROUND SLICES


WATER  AS NECESSARY TO MAKE LOOSE BATTER.

MIX WELL ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL. MIX WELL TO GATHER.
ADD WATER AS NECESSARY WATER TO MAKE LOOSE BATTER.
MIX WELL. REST FOR FIVE MINUTES.

BANANA SLICES AND AAJWAIN LEAVES DIP IN A BATTER TO COAT.
DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL OR GHEE 6-8 SLICES OR LEAVES AT A TIME.
REMOVE FROM OIL OR GHEE WHEN IT COOK OR FRY TILL IT GOLDEN BROWN.
DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER.
SERVE HOT WITH CURD AND GREEN CHUTNEY.

1/2 CUP MAIDA

1/4 CUP RAVA - SOJI

SALT AS PER TEST

WATER FOR THICK BATTER

TAKE A BOWL AND PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN IT.
MIX WELL TOGETHER.
ADD WATER TO MAKE THICK BATTER FOR DOSA.
REST THE BATTER FOR 10 -15 MINUTES.
HEAT A NON STICK PAN.

*TAKE ONE SMALL CLOTH. LIGHTLY SOAK A ONE CORNER WITH LITTLE WATER AND LITTLE OIL TOGETHER.

*HEAT A NON STICK PAN, GREASE IT WITH THIS CLOTH ALL OVER.

POUR 1/2 CUP OF THE BATTER ON THE GREASED PAN .
SPREAD THE BATTER TO MAKE DOSA SHAPE.
COOKING ON BOTH SIDES WITH A LITTLE BUTTER OR OIL, TILL COOK.
REPEAT WITH THE REMAINING BATTER.
SPREAD OVER CORIANDER-GARLIC CHUTNEY TO SERVE.

TAKE 15 NO. PARLE COCONUT CRUNCH BISCUITS IN A BOWL.
MAKE A COARSELY CRUM OF BISCUITS TO PRESS WITH SPOON  OR PRESS - NOT GRIND.


ADD GHEE IN IT AND MIX TOGETHER.
ADD MILKMAID AND MIX WELL TO MAKE DOUGH.

 MAKES 5 EQUAL PORTIONS FROM DOUGH AND GIVE THEM PEDA SHAPE.
SLIGHTLY PRESS WITH THUMB CENTRE OF PEDA

FILL UP WITH CHOPPED DRY FRUITS AND PLACE OVER A DROP OF MIX FRUIT JAM.
REFRIGERATE  FOR 5 MINUTES TO SET.

HEAT A MILK IN A NON STICK PAN.
ADD THE MILKMAID IN A HOT-BOILING MILK.
MIX WELL AND BRING TO A BOIL MORE 2-3 MINUTES.
ADD GRATED PANEER IN BOILING MILK MIXTURE.
STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY ON SLOW FLAME.
WHEN MIXTURE THICKENED, REMOVE FROM THE FLAME.
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND MIX.
BRING TO A COOL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CASHEW AND CHOPPED PISTACHIOS.

ADD SUGAR AND PEANUT POWDER.

WHEN MIXTURE BECOME A PEDA CONSISTENCY, REMOVE FROM A FLAME.
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND MIX.
BRING TO THE ROOM TEMPERATURE.
THEN MAKE SMALL SIZED BALL (AS YOU DESIRE SHAPE), AND LIGHTLY PRESS OVER THE BALL TO MAKE PEDA SHAPE.

1.1/2 TBSP. PISTACHIOS - CHOPPED

20-25 RAISINS

TAKE A NON STICK PAN.
GREASE TH PAN WITH LITTLE GHEE.
PUT A GRATED BOTTLE GOURD IN THE GREASED, HEATED NON STICK PAN.
COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
THEN ADD FRESH MILK MALAI AND MIX WELL TOGETHER.
COOK ON MEDIUM SLOW FLAME FOR 10 - 15 MINUTES.
WHEN IT COMPLETELY COOKED, ADD SUGAR AND STIR WELL.
COOK MORE UNTIL HALWA CONSISTENCY.
THEN REMOVE FROM FLAME.
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND MIX IT.                                      
TRANSFER IN TO SERVING BOWL.
GARNISH WITH RAISINS AND CHOPPED PISTACHIOS.
YOU CAN SERVE HOT OR FREEZ COLD -- DELICIOUS BOTTLE GOURD HALWA....!

10 -12 ALMONDS -CHOPPED



10 -12 CASHEW NUTS - CHOPPED

1/4 TSP. CARDAMOM (OPTIONAL)

TAKE A MIXING BOWL.




COMBINE HANG CURD, SUGAR POWDER, PILLED-THEN FINELY CHOPPED MANGO, COLORED JELLY SWEET, CHOPPED CASHEW NUTS, CHOPPED ALMONDS - IN MIXING BOWL.
- IF YOU DESIRE TO ADD CARDAMOM POWDER, YOU CAN ADD THIS STAGE.

REFRIGERATE THE AMRAKHAND FOR 30 -40 MINUTES, THEN USE TO SERVE AND GARNISH WITH SMALL MANGO CUBES.

SUGAR - AS YOU NEED TO SWEETEN.

1/2 CUP FRESH FRUITS - CHOPPED APPLE, SLICED BANANA, SOME POMEGRANATE                                                        SEEDS.
SOME RED AND GREEN CHERRY - FOR GARNISH

BOIL A 2 CUPS OF MILK.THEN COOL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
ADD SUGAR TO IT, AS YOU LIKING.
ADD THE CUSTARD POWDER TO 2 TBSP. OF MILK IN A BOWL, MIX TO MAKE A PASTE.
ADD THE PASTE TO THE REST OF THE MILK.
ONCE MORE TO HEAT THIS MIXTURE OF MILK AND CUSTARD PASTE, TO COOK OVER A SLOW FLAME TILL IT THICKENS SLIGHTLY.
REMOVE FROM THE FLAME.
ADD CRUSHED CARDAMOM SEEDS TO IT .
ALLOW TO COOL.
ADD CHOPPED APPLE, SLICED BANANA AND POMEGRANATE SEED TO THE COOLED CUSTARD.
SERVE IN AN ATTRACTIVE DISH OR BOWL OR GLASS.
GARNISH WITH RED AND GREEN CHERRY.

POUR MILK IN A SAUCEPAN AND START HEATING OVER A MEDIUM HIGH HEAT.
COMBINE THE VERY SOME WATER AND THE CUSTARD IN A CUP.
MIX WELL.
ADD THIS MIXTURE TO BOILING MILK.
STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID LUMPS.
ADD SUGAR AS THE MILK STARTING THINKS.
CONTINUE STIRRING.
REMOVE THE MIXTURE FROM THE HEAT WHEN IT REACHES THE LAST STAGE OF CONSISTENCY, WHICH YOU WANT.
ALLOW THE MIXTURE COOL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
ADD CHOPPED FRESH FRUITS OR - AND DRY NUTS - BEANS - JELLY CUTS.
CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR HALF AN HOUR.
SERVE IN SERVING BOWL OR DEEP SERVING GLASS.

HEAT THE DEGHI GHEE IN A NON STICK PAN.
ROAST SOME MORE ROASTED SEVON SLOW FLAME. FOR 5-7 SECONDS.

ADD BOILED WATER IN IT.

STIR WELL ON SLOW FLAME.
WHEN SEV COOKED IN WATER AND WATER DISAPPEAR , ADD MILK MAID-OR SUGAR, GRATED COCONUT, AND KISHMISH.

MIX WELL TOGETHER AND MAKE THICKEN CONSISTENCY ON SLOW FLAME.
ADD CARDAMOM.
MIX WELL FOR 8 -10 SECONDS.

TRANSFER TO SERVING BOWL.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED PISTACHIOS.
SERVE HOT.

3 TBSP OIL FOR TADKA
SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TURMERIC  POWDER
1 TSP DHANIYA JEERA POWDER
1 TBSP TOMATO KETCH UP

  • HEAT 3 TBSP OIL IN A COOKER PAN.
  • ADD CUMIN SEED.
  • WHEN THEY CRACKLE,  ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND GRATED GINGER.
  • SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS.
  • ADD CHOPPED ONION, TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, DHANIA JEERA POWDER, SALT, GARAM MASALA, SUGAR, TOMATO KETCH UP AND 1 TSP. CHOPPED CORIANDER.
  • MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS.
  • ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM, CHOPPED PANEER AND CHOPPED TOMATO.
  • MIX WELL TOGETHER AND ADD HALF CUP OF WATER.
  • COVER THE COOKER PAN WITH COOKER LID.
  • MAKE 3 WHISTLES IN MEDIUM FLAME TO COOK QUICK VEG PANEER CAPSICUM.
  • TRANSFER IN A SERVING BOWL TO SERVE.
  • GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
  • SERVE HOT WITH HOT PARATHA.

1 GREEN BELL PEPPER ( SMALL CUBE)
20-30 ONIONS SMALL LAYERS - CUBE
1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE

PINCH TURMERIC POWDER
PINCH RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
PINCH GARAM MASALA
SALT A S PER TASTE
1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA

TO MAKE PIZZA SAUCE
1 CUP TOMATO KETCH UP
1 TSP MINT POWDER
1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
1 TSP OREGANO

4 READY PIZZA BREAD

PREPARING PANEER TIKKA
TAKE HUNG CURD IN A BOWL
ADD CHOPPED GREEN BELL PAPER, GINGER GARLIC  PASTE, TURMERIC POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA, CHAAT MASALA AND SALT MIX WELL TOGETHER


THEN ADD SMALL PANEER CUBE AND ONION CUBE SMALL LAYER.
MIX WELL

LET TO REST FOR HALF AN HOUR

PREPARING PIZZA SAUCE
MIX THE KETCH UP WITH GARLIC PASTE,MINT POWDER AND OREGANO.
MIX WELL


ASSEMBLE THE PIZZA
TAKE A ONE PIZZA BASE IN A PLATE TO ASSEMBLE PIZZA

SPREAD THE PREPARED TOMATO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA
THEN SPREAD THE PREPARED PANEER TIKKA MIXURE ON THE PIZZA

SPRINKLE GREATED CHEESE ON THE PIZZA

PRE HEAT THE OVEN FOR 10 MINS ON 200*C.
BAKE THE PIZZA AT 250*C FOR 15-20 MINS OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELT AND BROWNED.
REMOVE THE PIZZA FROM OVEN
SERVE HOT PANEER TIKKA PIZZA WITH TOMATO SAUCE, OREGANO AND CHILLI FLAKES
