HEALTHY SWEET RECIPE :   METHOD : 1: HOW TO MAKE FRUIT CUSTARD




2 CUPS MILK

3 TSP. CUS

6-8 TSP. SUGAR

3/4 CUP MIX FRUITS - FINELY CHOPPED [APPLE, BANANA, STRAWBERRY, PAPAYA,                                                                                       POMEGRANATE ]
OPTIONAL - NUTS,  DATES, CHOCOLATE BEANS, JELLY CUTS.

or mix fruit jelly you can use.

POUR MILK IN A SAUCEPAN AND START HEATING OVER A MEDIUM HIGH HEAT.
COMBINE THE VERY SOME WATER AND THE CUSTARD IN A CUP.
MIX WELL.
ADD THIS MIXTURE TO BOILING MILK.
STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID LUMPS.
ADD SUGAR AS THE MILK STARTING THINKS.
CONTINUE STIRRING.
REMOVE THE MIXTURE FROM THE HEAT WHEN IT REACHES THE LAST STAGE OF CONSISTENCY, WHICH YOU WANT.
ALLOW THE MIXTURE COOL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
ADD CHOPPED FRESH FRUITS OR - AND DRY NUTS - BEANS - JELLY CUTS.
CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR HALF AN HOUR.
SERVE IN SERVING BOWL OR DEEP SERVING GLASS.
