HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : PANEER TIKKA PIZZA



TO MAKE PANEER TIKKA

3/4 CUP HUNG CURD WISKED
100 GMS PANEER ( SMALL CUBE)
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER ( SMALL CUBE)
20-30 ONIONS SMALL LAYERS - CUBE
1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE

PINCH TURMERIC POWDER
PINCH RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
PINCH GARAM MASALA
SALT A S PER TASTE
1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA

TO MAKE PIZZA SAUCE
1 CUP TOMATO KETCH UP
1 TSP MINT POWDER
1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
1 TSP OREGANO

4 READY PIZZA BREAD

PREPARING PANEER TIKKA
TAKE HUNG CURD IN A BOWL
ADD CHOPPED GREEN BELL PAPER, GINGER GARLIC  PASTE, TURMERIC POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA, CHAAT MASALA AND SALT MIX WELL TOGETHER


THEN ADD SMALL PANEER CUBE AND ONION CUBE SMALL LAYER.
MIX WELL

LET TO REST FOR HALF AN HOUR

PREPARING PIZZA SAUCE
MIX THE KETCH UP WITH GARLIC PASTE,MINT POWDER AND OREGANO.
MIX WELL


ASSEMBLE THE PIZZA
TAKE A ONE PIZZA BASE IN A PLATE TO ASSEMBLE PIZZA

SPREAD THE PREPARED TOMATO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA
THEN SPREAD THE PREPARED PANEER TIKKA MIXURE ON THE PIZZA

SPRINKLE GREATED CHEESE ON THE PIZZA

PRE HEAT THE OVEN FOR 10 MINS ON 200*C.
BAKE THE PIZZA AT 250*C FOR 15-20 MINS OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELT AND BROWNED.
REMOVE THE PIZZA FROM OVEN
SERVE HOT PANEER TIKKA PIZZA WITH TOMATO SAUCE, OREGANO AND CHILLI FLAKES
