HEALTHY SWEET RECIPE :  QUICK FARALI  :  PEANUT  - MALAI PEDA

1 CUP FRESH MALAI

3/4 CUP SUGAR

1.1/2 CUP ROASTED PEANUT COARSELY GRIND POWDER

1/2 TSP. CARDAMOM POWDER

HOW TO MAKE PEANUT POWDER ?

ROAST A PEANUT ON SLOW FLAME.
THEN BRING THE PEANUTS ON ROOM TEMPERATURE.
THEN DESEEDS THE PEANUTS.
AT LAST COARSELY GRIND THE PEANUT.

HEAT A FRESH MILK MALAI INTO A NON STICK PAN, OVER SLOW FLAME.
ADD SUGAR AND PEANUT POWDER.
MIX WELL TO GATHER.
STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID TO STICK ON BOTTOM.
WHEN MIXTURE BECOME A PEDA CONSISTENCY, REMOVE FROM A FLAME.
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND MIX.
BRING TO THE ROOM TEMPERATURE.
THEN MAKE SMALL SIZED BALL (AS YOU DESIRE SHAPE), AND LIGHTLY PRESS OVER THE BALL TO MAKE PEDA SHAPE.
GARNISH WITH JELLY SWEET.
