HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE :  QUICK  PANEER - CAPSICUM



100 GRAMS PANEER CUBES CUT INTO 1/2"
11/2 CUP CAPSICUMS - CUT INTO  1/2"
1 TOMATO - CUT INTO 1/2"
1 ONION - CUT INTO 1/2"
1 TBSP TOMATO KETCH UP
1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED
1 TSP GRATED GINGER
PINCH SUGAR
1+2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER
3 TBSP OIL FOR TADKA
SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TURMERIC  POWDER
1 TSP DHANIYA JEERA POWDER
1 TBSP TOMATO KETCH UP

  • HEAT 3 TBSP OIL IN A COOKER PAN.
  • ADD CUMIN SEED.
  • WHEN THEY CRACKLE,  ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND GRATED GINGER.
  • SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS.
  • ADD CHOPPED ONION, TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, DHANIA JEERA POWDER, SALT, GARAM MASALA, SUGAR, TOMATO KETCH UP AND 1 TSP. CHOPPED CORIANDER.
  • MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS.
  • ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM, CHOPPED PANEER AND CHOPPED TOMATO.
  • MIX WELL TOGETHER AND ADD HALF CUP OF WATER.
  • COVER THE COOKER PAN WITH COOKER LID.
  • MAKE 3 WHISTLES IN MEDIUM FLAME TO COOK QUICK VEG PANEER CAPSICUM.
  • TRANSFER IN A SERVING BOWL TO SERVE.
  • GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
  • SERVE HOT WITH HOT PARATHA.
