- HEAT 3 TBSP OIL IN A COOKER PAN.
- ADD CUMIN SEED.
- WHEN THEY CRACKLE, ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND GRATED GINGER.
- SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS.
- ADD CHOPPED ONION, TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, DHANIA JEERA POWDER, SALT, GARAM MASALA, SUGAR, TOMATO KETCH UP AND 1 TSP. CHOPPED CORIANDER.
- MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS.
- ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM, CHOPPED PANEER AND CHOPPED TOMATO.
- MIX WELL TOGETHER AND ADD HALF CUP OF WATER.
- COVER THE COOKER PAN WITH COOKER LID.
- MAKE 3 WHISTLES IN MEDIUM FLAME TO COOK QUICK VEG PANEER CAPSICUM.
- TRANSFER IN A SERVING BOWL TO SERVE.
- GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
- SERVE HOT WITH HOT PARATHA.
