1 CUP ROASTED SEV


1.1/2 CUPS HOT WATER


1.1/2 TBSP DESHI GHEE

5 TBSP. MILKMAID - OR 7-8 TBSP. SUGAR


2 TBSP.KISHMISH


3-4 GREEN CARDAMOM'S CRUSHED SEEDS

1.1/2 TBSP. DRY COCONUT - GRATED


1.1/2 TBSP. PISTACHIOS -CHOPPED

HEAT THE DEGHI GHEE IN A NON STICK PAN.
ROAST SOME MORE ROASTED SEVON SLOW FLAME. FOR 5-7 SECONDS.

ADD BOILED WATER IN IT.

STIR WELL ON SLOW FLAME.
WHEN SEV COOKED IN WATER AND WATER DISAPPEAR , ADD MILK MAID-OR SUGAR, GRATED COCONUT, AND KISHMISH.

MIX WELL TOGETHER AND MAKE THICKEN CONSISTENCY ON SLOW FLAME.
ADD CARDAMOM.
MIX WELL FOR 8 -10 SECONDS.

TRANSFER TO SERVING BOWL.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED PISTACHIOS.
SERVE HOT.
