HEALTHY SPICY RECIPE : FILLING FOR CRISPY BREAD KATORI
                                                CORN - CAPSICUM DELIGHT

 *  FOR 8 KATORIES :

1 BOWL COOKED CORN (COARSELY GRINDED)

1 1/2 TSP.GREEN CHILLIES CHUTNEY

1 BIG ONION - FINELY CHOPPED

1 CAPSICUM - CHOPPED

1 TSP. CORNFLOUR

1 CUP.MILK

4 TBSP. GRATED CHEESE

1 TSP.TOMATO CATCHUP

1 TSP. BUTTER

1 TSP. OIL

SALT AND PEPPER POWDER - AS PER TEST

HEAT THE OIL IN A DEEP NONSTICK PAN.
ADD THE FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS TO SATUE.
WHEN ONION TURNS IN TO GOLDEN BROWN, ADD THE CHOPPED CAPSICUM WITH GREEN CHILLIES CHUTNEY.
COOK FOR ONE MINUTES TOGETHER ON SLOW FLAME.
MIX THE MILK WITH CORNFLOUR.
ADD THIS MIXTURE AND CORN INTO ONION MIX.
THEN MIX WELL TOGETHER.
ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER AS PER TEST. ADD THE TOMATO CATCHUP.
MIX WELL TOGETHER AND COOK TILL THE MIXTURE BEING THICK.
KEEP ASIDE THIS FILLING.

NOW A CRISPY BREAD KATORI.
FILL WITH CORN - CAPSICUM DELIGHT - MIXTURE INTO EACH CRISPY BREAD KATORI.
SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER TH FILLING.
BAKING PREHEATED OVEN AT 200*C. UNTIL CHEESE MELTS
SERVE HOT.
