* 200 g. Bottle Gourd (Lauki-Dudhi).Cuts in small miny cubes.
* 100 g. Ridge Gourd (Turai). Cuts in small miny cubes.
·
3 Nos. Medium size Potato. Cuts in small miny
cubes.
·
2-3 Nos. Green
Chilly. Chopped.
·
1 cup Grinded Ground Nut.
·
1 Tsp. Black Pepper Powder.
·
½ cup Sabudana
(Sago). Soaked for one hour than wet.
·
3-4 Nos. Clove.
·
8-9 Nos. Curry
lives.
·
½ Tsp. Cinnamon
Powder.
·
2 Nos. Cinnamon lives. Cuts in to pieces.
·
2 tbsp. Ghee or
Oil for Tadka.
·
Salt to Test.
·
1 Tsp. Coriander
for Garnishing.
·
Heat the oil or
ghee in a Cooker.
·
Add clove cumin
seeds and fry for a second.
·
Add chopped green
chills and curry lives, and pieces of Cinnamon lives.
·
Mix well and cook
it one second.
·
Add the cubes of bottle
gourd, Ridge ( Turai) and potato, Black Pepper and salt.
·
Mix well it.
·
Then spread on it grinded ground nut and wet sabudana (Sago).
·
Not mix it with
vegetables cubes.
·
Sprinkle on it
pinch of salt and cinnamon powder on it.
·
Shut down cooker
lead and makes 4 whistles on medium flame.
·
After whistles
open the lead and mix well. Don’t use
Lemon.

Garnish with coriander
