Healthy Recipes : PISTACHIOS RABADI
Instant Recipe:
½ Litter Milk.
4 Tbs. Grated Pannier.
4Tbs. Cooked Rice.
6 Tbs. Pistachios, Blanched and Slivered.
½ bowl Milk Powder.
¼ cup Water.
2 Tbs. Sugar Powder.
1 Ts. Green Cardamom Powder.
Instant Recipe:
½ Litter Milk.
4 Tbs. Grated Pannier.
4Tbs. Cooked Rice.
6 Tbs. Pistachios, Blanched and Slivered.
½ bowl Milk Powder.
¼ cup Water.
2 Tbs. Sugar Powder.
1 Ts. Green Cardamom Powder.
- Take one heavy bottomed pan.
- Pannier and Cooked Rice smash and mix well in it(without Flame).
- Add Milk, Pistachios, Milk Powder, Water and Sugar Powder in it.
- Mix well without flame to makes it like puree.
- Put pan on lower heat for two to three minutes and stir continuously.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Then add Cardamom Powder.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with some Pistachios slice.
