Healthy Recipe: Very quick and useful Recipe.

This milk is useful to make for LAW FAT pannier and curd.

100g. Milk Powder.

1.litter  Water.

Take 1 1/2 cups of water in pan.
Add the milk powder. Mix well.
Then add remains water. Mix well.
Then boil on law flame to milk consistency.

Your home made milk is ready to use.
Use it as per requires.

Heallty Recipe : CASHEW COCONUT BURFI

Healthy Recipe: This recipe gives you energy to heard works.



And also use for GANESHA PRASAD.


1 1/2+ 1/2 tbs Ghee (Thick).                                               7. = Small Bowl.

75g. Cashew Powder.

75g. Coconut (Dry- Grated).

75g Khoya ( Mava).

5 tbs. Sugar Powder.

75ml. Milk with dilute Saffron.

1/2 tbs. Green Cardamom Powder.

8-nos. Pistachios- slivers

Heat the ghee in heavy bottom pan.
Keep it lower heat.
Add cashew nut powder and grated coconut.
Roast it over law heat (Not changes its color) –just roast.
Add saffron mixed milk, mix well.
Then add khoya, mix well till thick consistency.
Add the sugar powder and mix well.
Add ½ tbs. ghee, mix well.
Add cardamom powder in Burfi mixture.
Grease a little tray with ghee and Spread the Burfi mixture evenly in it.
Garnish with Pistachios slivers.
Cut in to Squares or Diamond Squares.

Serve CASHEW- COCONUT BURFI – To GANESHA with Pray.

Healthy and Spicey Recipe : GANESHJI PRASAD - LADDOO

** GANESHJI PRASAD - LADDOO **

Healthy Recipe: With Perfect Measure.


Celebrate "GANESHOTSAV"  with Testy Delicious Recipe.

100g. Wheat Flour

2tbs. Besan.

2tbs. Semolina.(ravo)

1tbs  Ghee-thick –not hot.

50ml.Water normal-not hot.

75g  Ghee for Frying.

75g. jaggery

15nos. Cashew nut cuts in small pieces.

25-30 nos. Raisins

1tsp .Cardamom Powder.


Take a bowl. Put in it wheat Flour, besan and Semolina (ravo) .
Add 1tbs. thick ghee mix well and add water to make tight dough.
Divide dough in to 8 to 10 small balls, press little.
Fry the pressed balls over law heat till it becomes light brown.
Remove from heat. Grind balls in grinder.
Place it in bowl. Add cardamom powder, Raisins and Cashew’s pieces.
Add the jaggery in left over hot ghee in Frying pan.
Stir well, dilute jaggery and add it in Grinded balls.
Mix well.
Shape in to Laddoos and decorate with raisin.

SERVE IT TO GOD GANESHA AND PRAY FOR BEST.

Healthy Recipe: APPLE CINNAMON DRINKS.


Not forget to drinks always this healthy beverage.


1 nos. Big Apple, with small cuts. 

1 inch Ginger Grated.

1/2 tsp.  Cinnamon Powder.

1/2 tsp. Jai fal powder.

5-7 cups Water.

nos.  Lemon Juice.

3 tbs. Sugar.

Peals the Apple and cuts in small pieces.

Greats the ginger.

Cook apple with 4-5 cups water.

Then add cinnamon powder, Jaifal powder and sugar.

Blends with blender, make it smooth liquid.

Add 4 Glass water in it.

Add lemon juice, mix well.

Strain it with strainer in glasses.

sprinkles pinch of cinnamon powder on Drinks.


Ready to serve.

Healthy Recipe:  LEMON & GINGER TEA.

This Hot Beverage is always useful for Energy and Health.

1nos. Lemon Juice.

1inch. Ginger Grated.

7-9tsp. Sugar.

5. Tsp. Tea powder.(mild and with best Flowered. like TATA GOLD).

Pinch-cinnamon powder.

Pinch-  Jayfal powder.

5-7 Glasses Water.

2-3 leaves Mint.


Boil the water.
Greats the ginger in boiling water.
Add sugar and cinnamon powder and boil for 2 second.
Then remove from heat.
After 2-3 minutes, sieves it in glasses.
Add lemon juice in glasses, mix well with spoon.
Garnish with mint leaves.

Always Handy.

This recipe is very easy to prepare, Testy, Crispy and Handy.




* 3 nos.  Potato’s (peeled & grated}.                               

* 100g. Ground nuts, (grinded).

* 3 nos. Green Chills (chopped).
                                                                                    
* 2 tbs. Coriander (chopped).
                                      
* 1 tsp.Cumin Seeds.

* 3 tbsp. (Top full) Ara Atta. (Signora Atta).

* 1 tsp.  Black Pepper.

* 1 tsp.  Sugar.

* 1 tsp.  Cinnamon powder.

* Salt to Test.

*Oil – To fry Muthiya

In one bowl, combine the ingredients except the oil and makes a batter of being Muthiya consistency.
Not use water because of not necessary.
Divide in to 15-16 (Make 15 to 16 nos. Muthiya)
nos. portion (Muthiya).
Heat a oil fast then heat on medium flame to fry.
Fry and cooks Muthiya golden brown.

Serve Hot with Green Chutney.
 You can store Muthiya one week in air tight container in refrigerator

                          (Without oil – ghee).

It is delicious testy thick soup and it has mouth watering flavour when it is boiled.
You do not have to go shopping for any special ingredients.







 50g. urad daal. (Boiled)                                  2 Litters Water.

100g Tanjalia Bhaji.                                       ½ Tbs. Black pepper Powder.

75g.  Bottle Gourd (Lauki-Doodhee).            2Tbs. Coriander Powder.

50g. Coli flower.                                             ½Tbs. Turmeric Powder.  

25g. Turai –Ridge gourd.                               1/2Tbs Hot Spice.

25g. valola.
                                                                         Salt to Test.
50g .Brinjel. 
                                                                >      Wash the all vegetables in water.
50g.Spring onion.
                                                                >       Then cuts vegetable in small pieces.                                           
1nos.onion.

50gGreen Garlic. Chopped.

50g.Coriader –chopped

10-12 Curry leaves.

2.nos. Tomatoes.

5.nos. Green chilly.

1 Tbs. Ginger – chopped.


> Hit the water in a big vassal; when it boils adds the all chopped vegetables.Like,bottle gourd, coli flower, brinjel, valola, ridge gourd.
> Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, Bhaji, chilly, onions and garlic, ginger, tomatoes - in boiling Vegetable.
> Add rest of ingredients during the time of boiling. Cooked again for a few minutes to complete the cooking the thick soup.           
> Then add cooked Urad daal.  
> Then blend all boiled ingredients with water by blender.
> Add salt as per test.
> Boil few second to make it thick soup - Pouring consistency.

> Garnish with Spring onion greens.
> Serve hot with Bajri’s Roti (Rotala).

  • Here is a Recipe that is sure to change your views for KHICHADI. Because it is FARALI.


*     200 g.  Bottle Gourd (Lauki-Dudhi).Cuts in small miny cubes.

*     100 g.  Ridge Gourd (Turai). Cuts in small miny cubes.                                      

·         3 Nos.   Medium size Potato. Cuts in small miny cubes.

·         2-3 Nos. Green Chilly. Chopped.

·         1 cup     Grinded Ground Nut.

·         1 Tsp.  Black Pepper Powder.

·         ½ cup Sabudana (Sago).  Soaked for one hour than wet.

·         3-4 Nos. Clove.

·         8-9 Nos. Curry lives.

·         ½ Tsp. Cinnamon Powder.

·         2 Nos.  Cinnamon lives. Cuts in to pieces.

·         2 tbsp. Ghee or Oil for Tadka.

·         Salt to Test.

·         1 Tsp. Coriander for Garnishing.



·         Heat the oil or ghee in a Cooker.
·         Add clove cumin seeds and fry for a second.
·         Add chopped green chills and curry lives, and pieces of Cinnamon lives.
·         Mix well and cook it one second.
·         Add the cubes of bottle gourd, Ridge ( Turai) and potato, Black Pepper and salt.
·         Mix well it.
·         Then spread on it grinded ground nut and wet sabudana (Sago).
·         Not mix it with vegetables cubes.
·         Sprinkle on it pinch of salt and cinnamon powder on it.
·         Add water 3 cups

·         Shut down cooker lead and makes 4 whistles on medium flame.
·         After whistles open the lead and mix well.   Don’t use Lemon.
·         Garnish with coriander lives.     READY TO SERV.

Instant Recipe:

½ Litter Milk.

4 Tbs. Grated Pannier.

4Tbs. Cooked Rice.

6 Tbs.  Pistachios, Blanched and Slivered.

½ bowl Milk Powder.

¼ cup Water.

2 Tbs.   Sugar Powder.

1 Ts. Green Cardamom Powder.


  • Take one heavy bottomed pan.
  • Pannier and Cooked Rice smash and mix well in it(without Flame).
  • Add Milk, Pistachios, Milk Powder, Water and Sugar Powder in it.
  • Mix well without flame to makes it like puree.
  • Put pan on lower heat for two to three minutes and stir continuously.
  • Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Then add Cardamom Powder.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with some Pistachios slice.
