PINCH MINT (FUDINA) POWDER

PINCH HING

1/2 TSP. SANCHAR POWDER

1/2 TSP. ROASTED AJWAIN (AJMA)

1 TSP DHANIYA JEERA POWDER

1 TSP. ROASTED JEERA POWDER

1 TBSP. SALT

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.
MIX WELL.
THEN GRIND TO POWDER FORM.
USE AS REQUIRE.
MIX WITH CHILLED -  FRESH BUTTER MILK OR LASSI.  
GARNISH WITH MINT LEVIES.
